'I've been training on my own on and off for the last 6-7 years, growing up I was always slim but had a good frame. Once I started training I managed to bulk up, gaining some good muscle mass but too much excess weight. I had  always wanted to achieve an aesthetically pleasing physique, but thought it would take another 5 years of hardcore training, months of dieting, & hours of cardio. Through a friend I got in touch with Maallim, who gave me a specific personalized 2 stage diet plan. Stage 1 in weeks dropped my body fat percentage, from 18% to 12%, It was very extreme. Family & friends where shocked! my proportions & condition were great! Stage 2 then helped me to put on clean muscle mass, with my body fat percentage still dropping by a further 2%. "I have been on the Alphabodies programme for 6 months I had a quad bike accident in dubai in which I fractured my lower back. I was already slim but lost a drastic amount of weight, almost two stones & was warned by doctors I may never fully recover. I spent over six months in a back brace & realised I had to  do something drastic.
